Key details:

Shift: Day Shift 8 hours, M-F, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours in a Week

Weekly Pay Range: $3000.00 – $3130.00

Responsibilities:

• Conduct utilization reviews to assess the medical necessity and appropriateness of healthcare services.
• Ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
• Manage prior authorizations and address insurance denials through documentation and appeals.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans and resource utilization.
• Monitor and analyze utilization trends, preparing reports to recommend cost-effective care improvements.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license for CA State
• Must have strong Utilization Review experience
