Schedule: Full Time Salary: $58,500 - $63,000/year - based on experience Benefits:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager with a background in Senior Living. Case Manager Responsibilities include: •Orient and assist each resident to adjust to life in the community •Ensure or provide therapeutic interventions to assist residents in coping with their transition and adjustment to our community, including their social, emotional, and psychological needs •Assist each resident to maintain family and community ties and to develop new ones •Complete quality management reviews to ascertain if the department is meeting state regulations and PSL policies and follow up as needed •Work with the care department and others to promote and protect resident rights and the psychological well-being of each resident Case Manager Education & Experience: •Bachelors degree with major course work in human services AND one year of full-time work experience in a related field OR •Associates degree with major course work in human services AND three years of full-time work experience in a related field required •Case management experience required •Memory Care/ Assisted Living experience required •Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly Company Overview: Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
