We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team at our program in Monaca, PA supporting Beaver County Earn a $20.24/hour The Mental Health Worker shares the responsibility of carrying out rehabilitation and support functions and assisting in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support, and consultation to families and crisis intervention services under the clinical supervision of staff with professional degrees. The Mental Health Worker works with and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process. Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams are composed of professionals including psychiatrists, nurses, mental health professionals, substance abuse professionals, employment specialists, housing specialists, and a peer specialist, all of whom collaborate to provide complete services including therapy, medication management, and resource linkage to adult individuals with serious mental illness (SMI). Services are provided in the individual's home or the community and include at least three home visits a week. Will be required to utilize personal vehicles for client transportation and community-based work. - Bachelor's Degree in a human service field
- 1 year experience working with individuals in a recovery setting and or crisis experience.
- Valid PA Driver's License
