Work with a case load of resident children and adolescents who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviors. Responsibilities include participation in the development and implementation of treatment plans; facilitating case conferences and client-oriented team meetings with internal and external entities; conducting case load meetings; providing supervision and guidance; implementation of safety and health procedures; behavior, incident and assessment documentation; engagement in appropriate physical therapeutic interventions when needed; planning activities; transporting residents; and other duties. Training includes First Aid, CPR, Infection Control, Medication, Maltreatment of Minors and Vulnerable Adults, and physical intervention techniques. Skills & Requirements Requires a Bachelor's degree in related social service field OR a Bachelor's degree in unrelated field plus 2 years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting; Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record; Requires ability to work a flexible work schedule, ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance, and ability to twist, bend and stretch in a manner conducive to execution of daily activities within a residential treatment center.
