Job Description:
Foster Care Licensing Case Manager Salary: $43,500 - $48,500 Do you enjoy helping foster parents, children, and youth reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be our next case manager who coordinates all phases of the foster home licensing process. As a Case Manager you will: Complete assessments of the prospective foster parents and of the physical home environment which includes writing home studies in the approved format, contacting references, and completing home visits. Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with prospective foster families. Effective verbal and written communication is highly valued. Position Requirements: A Bachelors degree in social work, counseling, or a related human service area of study from an accredited four-year college is required. If BSW, then LBSW is needed. Preferred Qualifications: Licensing experience with an approved child-placing agency, RAPT and SAFE certifications are strongly preferred.
