We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to join our team in providing critical support to youth in shelter programs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the successful entry and transition of youth into and out of shelters. Ensure compliance with court orders and assist clients in maintaining law-abiding behavior. Meet frequently with clients and families to monitor progress in shelter, school, and community settings. Develop comprehensive case and transition plans tailored to client and family needs. Collaborate with community agencies to provide appropriate referrals and support services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and service coordination. Support a safe, clean, and well-maintained shelter facility. Provide work direction to staff, assist with training, and maintain a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. One to two years of related experience, preferably working with youth or in shelter programs. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Cultural competency and trauma-informed care experience are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license required. Work Environment: Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed. Moderate noise levels in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
