Your responsibilities will encompass various essential services, including outreach, psychological assessments, treatment planning, and advocating for clients' needs. You'll be directly involved in developing tailored service plans while coordinating various resources necessary for each individual's well-being. This dynamic position requires adept interaction with multiple professional disciplines and offers opportunities for crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and daily living support. To effectively interact with diverse populations, proficiency in assessment and treatment planning is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations are crucial. A valid Driver's License is required, as the role includes transporting individuals as needed.
