This is a great opportunity to have an impact helping people in need in your community through your caseload, providing the successful integration of both the housing and employment goals of each client. Requirements

  • Using evidence-based practices, motivational interviewing trauma-informed care and critical time intervention, the Case Managers will conduct initial family assessments, initiate referrals for emergency services, maintaining records in CARES.
Qualifications/Skills Must be able to escort clients to appointments as needed including apartment viewings. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field required, as well as One-year social service experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
