TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Fort Pierce, Florida, 34950 Pay Information $2,086 per week About The Position Job Title: RN Case Manager Job Specialty: Case Management Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00-16:30, rotating every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: N/A Experience: Minimum of 1 year required, 2-4 years preferred in an acute care facility License: RN Florida/Compact Certifications: Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments) Must-Have: - 2-4 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care facility - Experience with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, Imobile preferred - Adaptable to every unit assigned; float required - Easily adaptable to fast-paced units and can function well independently Job Description: - This is an opportunity in a Level II trauma facility with a capacity of 440 beds. - The RN Case Manager will be part of a triad model team comprising RN/SW/CMA. - Requires a quick adaptation to high-acuity and fast-paced units. - Responsible for procedures in RN Case Management and utilizing Interqual for assessments. - Business Casual dress code with a White Lab Coat. - The role involves rotating shifts every other weekend and an 8 am to 4:30 pm schedule. - Strong preference for candidates with previous travel experience and HCA experience.
