DescriptionLutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently looking for a Case Manager to join our team in working with veterans! This is a Benefit Eligible, Full Time role located in Our Veterans Resources Building in Union Grove, WI.
The Veterans Housing and Recovery Program helps address the issues faced by veterans who are homeless and gives them a hand up to get a fresh start at independent living. Under general direction, conducts individual one on one meetings with program veterans and provides daily living skill classes; provides case management with an emphasis on employment and training in obtaining and maintaining employment.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: * Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements. * State Certified Social Worker (CSW), Certified Professional Counselor (CPC), or other applicable state certification is preferred.
TRAVEL: Ability to travel on day trips as required up to 80%. Some overnight travel may be required.
