We offer a continuum of survivor-led services, including Survivor Mentoring, intensive case management, groupwork and mental health services; exploitation prevention programming and solutions; and professional trainings and advocacy. Over the past 20 years, we have served more than 3,400 youth and trained more than 23,000 providers, in Massachusetts and nationally.The Case Manager will serve as an integral part of My Life My Choice's dynamic Survivor Empowerment Team. This position will support efforts to continue to expand and deepen service provision to young survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and youth at very high risk of exploitation by providing trauma- informed case management, coordinating logistics for mentee group work, working closely with the Survivor Mentoring team to ensure wraparound support for all mentees, and providing administrative support as needed. MLMC instagramAS CASE MANAGER, YOU WILL:Provide trauma-informed case management to a caseload of mentees (exploited and/or high risk youth) in partnership with our survivor-led team including, but not limited to helping mentees meet needs for housing, employment, education, legal advocacy, health, etc.Coordinate logistics and administration for a range of activities and services, including but not limited to groupwork, transportation, gift drives, and community building events, etc.Support the data collection and evaluation efforts of case management andBuild and maintain relationships with community organizations and businesses to enhance educational, employment, and enrichment opportunities for mentees.Conduct community outreach and other activities asUphold My Life My Choice Core Values (Community, Effective Allyship, Equity, Opportunity, Personal Empowerment, Resilience, Social Justice, Survivor Leadership, and Unconditional Love).Invest oneself in diversity, equity and inclusion work at My Life My Choice and work to create a work environment where all staff members feel they belong and are respected.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education or a related field, or equivalent2+ years working with trauma-impacted individuals is preferred Knowledge of, and experience working with, commercially sexually exploited childrenBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred but not required.
