Randomly extract, review and report data entry deviations using Parascript and TMS - Calibrate on a regular basis to ensure 95% confidence level with a margin of error of 1-2%. Perform client impacting quality control functions, all data entry functions (including Audit) and specialty functions within the operations process with strong proficiency:Escalate observed issues timely and appropriately. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements yielding increased productivity and efficiency for the operation. Support higher level tasks and other duties to support the business as needed. Operate within a highly regulated, high security environment; adhere to all departmental and corporate policies and procedures, dress code, client requirements and compliance guidelines.
