Job Title:

Cash and Working Capital Analyst

Role synopsis:

The goal of this role is to ensure adequate liquidity, rigorous working capital management and sound internal controls over cash and banking to safeguard assets for US Aromatics. The analyst relies on financial policies and systems, treasury procedures, and collaborations with Commercial & Finance teams to effectively manage and forecast cash flows.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Execute daily cash management activities timely and accurately in compliance with policies, procedures, and controls:

* Apply cash from customers and communicate past due accounts.

* Clear SAP payments and research payment failures.

* Reconcile bank account inflows and outflows to maintain detailed high value cash position.

* Validate securitized accounts receivable transactions.

* Responsive to receipt and payment inquiries.

* Input and monitor banking portal payments and transfers.

* Consolidate and review US Aromatics 13-week cash forecast.

* Establish monthly working capital reporting cadence to include KPIs, variance analysis, month end commentary and opportunities for optimizing working capital efficiency.

* Coordinate, consolidate, and analyze weekly Global Aromatics 13-week cash forecast.

* Facilitate LC and SBLC issuance.

* Prepare monthly and quarterly balance sheet account reconciliations.

* Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure accounts are accessible and kept current with regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate opening and closing of bank accounts, KYC request and other ad hoc treasury requests.

* Assist in updating and monitoring treasury policies, procedures, and controls. Compiles monthly Treasury KPI's.

* Fosters collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver working capital and treasury-related initiatives.

* Support Audits and assist with Finance special projects.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related fields

* 5+ years of Treasury, Accounting, or relevant work experience

Technical Skills:

* Skilled understanding of cash and working capital management principles. Comfortable calculating and analyzing balance sheet ratios.

* Understands technical accounting & finance aspects of role and performs work with minimal supervision.

* Able to diagnose and problem solve system and banking issues and evaluate impact on business.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Excel.

* Understands daily cash and banking operations including maintaining accurate financial records and sound internal controls.

* Broad working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
