In addition to a competitive base wage, CSB offers a wide variety of employee benefits listed below.Summary: The Cash Management Relationship Manager will work closely with the AVP, Cash Management Officer to meet department goals. This individual is responsible for growing CSB's portfolio of Cash Management customers by utilizing CSB's approach to service and sales. This individual will solicit new customers, conduct a needs analysis, propose solutions, implement these solutions on-site, and maintain customer solutions through ongoing support. In addition to new customer acquisition, this position is also responsible for ongoing consultation with existing Cash Management customers. Finally, this position is responsible for providing educational opportunities for businesses about CSB's products, services, and/or best practices in business cybersecurity. - Develop, maintain, and manage cash management relationships with business customers in the bank's market areas
- Market bank products and services including:
- Business Checking
- ACH Origination
- Remote Deposit Capture
- Sweeps
- Positive Pay
- Account Analysis
- Merchant Services
- Other technology products and services
- Manage processes, including implementation, of CM products and services and customer training
- Review and analyze customers' current banking activity and future needs to determine the best product suite for each customer
- Prepare and review agreements with customers regarding cash management services and devices
- Work with Electronic Services team to complete cash management product installation and customer training
- Build relationships with banking center staff and commercial lenders to foster an environment that supports and encourages referrals
- Provide education on cash management products, services, and pricing to customers and employees
- Maintain an analysis of competitor products, services, and pricing and make recommendations for changes to CSB products, services, and pricing as needed
- Attend schools and seminars to stay abreast of new products and services available, including scams and fraudulent activities
- Present a polished, professional image to customers and act as an ambassador of CSB's products and services
Education: A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. A four-year degree in a business-related field is preferred. A minimum of three years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Summary of Employee Benefits:
