Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage cash requests from Financial Advisors (FA) and clients, ensuring their seamless integration into the Archer platform. Your attention to detail and ability to resolve cash raise requests efficiently will contribute to a smooth trading process, ultimately ensuring client satisfaction. This position is a hybrid position.Responsibilities:Receive, analyze, and process cash requests from Financial Advisors and clients.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to cash transactions promptly.Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify cash-related issues.Maintain clear and effective communication with Financial Advisors and clients regarding cash-related matters.Identify opportunities to improve cashflow processes and implement enhancements.Prioritize client satisfaction by meeting their cashflow needs accurately and promptly.Generate and review reports related to cashflow activities.Position Requirements/Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.1-2 years of retail reconciliation experience required.Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Team player with a positive attitude who can effectively train and supervise others.Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products with an ability to quickly learn new software applications, specifically proprietary systems.Hustle required.We are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
