Trust Sourcing Solutions, LLC is seeking a Receipts and Disbursement Specialist. You will be responsible for the processing of cash transactions and providing superior customer service to our clients through effective operational system support. Essential Duties of the Position: •Entering client wires into our online banking system and processing related transactions and confirmations •Processing client cash deposit and disbursement transactions and related functional tasks •Reviewing and updating manual cash management trades •Reconciling money market funds and resolving out of balances •Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolving in a timely fashion •Creating, updating and reviewing of procedures, including ongoing up-keep •Researching client inquiries regarding cash deposits and disbursements •Maintaining effective work relationships by handling peer and management interactions in a positive and cooperative manner and keeping manager informed of issues impacting the team Requirements Qualifications: •Able to offer exceptional client service by providing analysis, research and resolution to client issues •Knowledgeable of trust accounting operations and the securities industry •Educated to a bachelor's degree level in business, accounting, finance, computer science or five years of relevant experience •Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills •Able to determine appropriate priority levels for tasks and responsibilities based on instructions •Able to work in high volume situations with time constraints •Able to effectively communicate with a diverse client base of financial professionals •Able to work weekends and/or holidays as it may be needed Trust Sourcing Solutions, LLC is a provider of trust operational support and is located in Overland Park, KS.
