Four M Franchising, LLC - Job Description JOB TITLE: Cashier Dine-In and Takeout REPORTS TO: Manager. DEPARTMENT: Operations. FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt OVERVIEW: The Cashier is responsible for positively representing the Buffalo Wild Wings Brand as a first point of contact for Guests. This role is responsible for managing all takeout orders and accurately entering orders into the point of sale system and collecting payments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Wow Em In - Answers phone within three (3) rings. - Greets Guest (s) within 45 seconds of arrival at register. - Gets permission from Guest to place on hold. - Inquires about reason for call and tailors response (e.g., takeout order, directions to restaurant, call for a Manager, etc.). - Asks questions of Guest to determine cues for takeout offers; how many serving, home, office, etc. Quench & Assist - Genuinely suggests a specific Beverage, Sharable/ Appetizer, Dessert. - Suggests sauce/seasoning customization options for me...Cashier, Operations, Grocery, Guest
