**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Approach, Greet, and Offer Assistance or Direction To Any Customer Who Enters The Dealership Showroom or Sales Lot
* Calculate The Customers Bill Using The Dealerships Computer System
* Receive Cash, Checks and Credit Card Payments From Customers and Record The Amount Received On The Repair Order and/or Counter Ticket
* Make Change Accurately and Issue Receipts To Customers
* Answer Phones and Direct Consumer To The Proper Department And Follow Up In A Timely Manner
* Handle Customer Complaints Diplomatically and Refer Complaining Customers To The Appropriate Individual for Resolution
* Filing (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, Hard Copies)
* Other Duties or Tasks As Requested or Required
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Prior Automotive Experience Preferred But Not Required
* Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
* Valid Drivers License
* Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability To Learn Other Computer-Based Tools For Client-Facing and A Majority Of Roles
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
* Professional Appearance and Work Ethic
* Self-Motivated
* Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Environment
* Solid Work Ethic Around Attendance and Punctuality
* Complete A Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check
