Job Summary: Cashiers at Burger King are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an efficient and courteous service at the checkout counter.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers entering and leaving the business. - Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. - Scan items, ensure that prices are correct, receive payments, and provide change. - Issue receipts, refunds, tickets, and change. - Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information. - Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas. - Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in customer service. - Basic PC knowledge. - Familiar with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS. - Good math skills. - Strong communication and time management skills. - Customer satisfaction-oriented. - High school degree or equivalent.
