- Cashier receives change fund and verifies amount within the cash box.
- Collects cash or credit/debit card for all diners in the amount of the established meal rate from each individual.
- At the end of each meal period, Cashier will collect the cash box. Count cash, credit/debit card and sign the validation document for the meal period.
- During non-meal times the Cashier will assist by cutting pastries, setting up and replenishing the condiment stations, keeping dining room clean by cleaning tables, and keeping the area clean.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all guests
- Follow all applicable safety procedures while in the café area. Comply with all Textron safety and security policies and procedures.
- Service customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner
- All other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge and Ability Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math functions
- Good communication skills required
- Good interpersonal skills required
- The ability to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- The ability to work a flexible, rotation work schedule to include evenings and weekends as assigned.
