Main Duties:
- Greeting and assisting customers picking up vehicles or parts.
- Handling customer invoices (repair orders and parts) by collecting payment after completion.
- Processing Rental lease agreements and maintaining organization of Rental vehicles.
- Record filing by scanning documents into CDK
Minimum Qualifications:
- Use of Microsoft Office
- Able to operate standard office equipment (computer, phones, scanner, fax and copier)
- Able to assume responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior Cash handling experience preferred!
- Experience as a server works well in this position.
- Previous Front Desk and/or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- CDK experience a plus!

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
