**Roles and Responsibilities**
* Champion the Customer Service Culture at POS as laid out by our Company Standards
* Drive register initiatives including MCC, Autorenews, M4M program, SMG Customer Satisfaction Survey, Donation Drives, Gift with Purchase promotions, and D2C sales
* Train all new Associates on POS and Register Initiatives
* Assist management with customer returns
* Review the Key Metrics and Line Item Discount reports weekly to identify any training opportunities
* Review the MFM cancellation report to identify any training opportunities
* Ensure the At-the-Register and Front of Store product is merchandised to standards
* Ensure Front-End checklists are completed and store conditions at POS are impeccable
* Adhere to all Books-A-Million Policies and Procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements**
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
* 18 years of age or older
* Positive background check
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Completion of all required training courses
* Comprehensive product knowledge
