POSITION SUMMARYThe incumbent in this position is responsible for serving beverages to guests of the Spokane Tribe Casino.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.* Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.* Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.* Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.* Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.* Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude.* Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21.* Enhance the company's objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance, according to department standards.* Other duties as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:* Must be 21 years of age.* Must meet established department appearance standards.* The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience. Customer service skills required.
