JOB SUMMARY:Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our customer base. Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our gaming product to potential high-limit guests.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:College degree preferredTwo (2) to five (5) years host or player development experience in a major gaming operation of similar size and statureMinimum of Two (2 ) years of guest services experience preferredMust have the ability to resolve stressful situationsMust have exceptional gest service skillsExperience in casino and or hotel environment preferredBi-lingual preferredMust have a proven track record of increasing gaming revenue through established customer baseMust have strong telemarketing skillsComputer literate in PCS, AS400 and Microsoft office preferredMust possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skillsMust be resourceful and highly motivated in seeking out new VIP opportunitiesMust be able to work effectively across all departmentsMust present a well-groomed, professional appearanceMust be willing to adhere to all Louisiana gaming regulations and guidelinesMust be willing to work any shift and any day when necessaryMust be able to work extended hours during special events, including limited overnight travelMust have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidaysESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Welcome guest, provides exceptional customer service, encourage guest to enroll with our New Card sign programFollow all relevant policies and proceduresCommunicate with co-workers, table and slot team members, supervisors and guestInteracts with marketing in hosting special eventsArranges special services related for players with proper playMeets and greets players on the casino floor at special events or promotionsMakes sounds complimentary decisions based on tracked customer playGreets and hosts customers, and maintains the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness and hospitable attitude throughout.Provide hands on real time service for VIP customers that have relationships with player development team membersDemonstrates exceptional guest services to both internal and external customersMust be willing to continue to drive businessRemains informed of competitive promotional methodsAbility to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policiesAbility to maintain confidentiality of VIP informationPerforms other duties as assigned by ManagementDEMANDS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:PHYSICAL & MENTAL:Must be able to move quickly around propertyMust be able to stand or sit for a long period of time maybe requiredMust be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a deskResponds to visual and aural cuesMust be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivatedMust present a well-groomed appearanceMust have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipmentWORK ENVIRONMENT:Must be able to continuously maneuver around office and casinoMust be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guests' needsMust be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smokeCAESARS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THIS JOB DESCRIPTION WHENEVER NECESSARY.
