Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality of customer service in the execution of all tasks and responsibilities
- Supervision of all tasks assigned to cast members in all Casino Operations divisions
- Responsible of verifying all sanitation and housekeeping guidelines are being followed
- Responsible for Table Dealer and Slot Attendant procedural errors.
- Responsible for table games related duties and maintaining the integrity of gaming activity
- Must have knowledge of all table games rules & procedures, and an ability to train dealers on new games
- Problem solving of all situations on the game floor or table games area.
- Resolves customer complaints/disputes.
- Promotes and develops positive customer relations.
- Assures customer service and satisfaction by making sure players are comped, when appropriate.
- Evaluates job performances of all cast members under the Casino Operations Department.
- Must learn, comprehend, and comply with all Company policies and procedures, MICS, Casino Operations Regulations, game rules, and Title 31 and Chemical trainings requirements.
- Ensures all cast members complete all assigned trainings on or before deadlines.
- Responsible for inventory of all areas that are under their supervision
- Working hours are determined by 24-hour schedule and subject to change.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements Minimum 21 years of age. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises: 6-10 Table Games Dealers, 4-8 Slot Attendants, 4-8 Front of the House Attendants, 4-8 Slot Sanitation Team Members, 4-8 Housekeepers during any given shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and customer relations. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Must have a dealing certification for all table games offered in this establishment. Requires a minimum of six months table games dealing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have basic computer aptitude and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills. Must show the ability to work under team management approach. Must be willing to work any shift and weekends. Must be able to step in and deal in the event of an emergency and/or business needs. The ability to speak a second language is a plus .Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Casino Operations license issued by the Paskenta Casino Operations Commission. Tips certification as trained at Rolling Hills Casino. Must obtain Title 31 certification as trained by Rolling Hills Casino.
