- Montana Precision Products (MPP) is at the forefront of manufacturing excellence, specializing in producing complex and high-precision components for the aerospace and industrial sectors. New Hire Bonus:
- Receive a bonus equal to 3% of your first year's earnings after your one-year anniversary with MPP.
Job Summary:
- Operations include but not limited to ceramic mold removal, abrasive metal cutting, plasma metal cutting, grinding metal, sand blasting, metal shot blasting, and sorting/inspecting parts.
Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with a three-day weekend!
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions and procedures to complete tasks.
- Operate manufacturing equipment.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures.
Schedule:
- 1st (Day) Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Work Environment:
- May be exposed to noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles, smoke (Not over OSHA Permissible Exposure Levels).
- Safety training and equipment are provided by MPP in accordance with applicable law, industry standards and company policy.
- Occasionally lifts 25 - 45 lbs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- US Person Status
- Ability to complete tech cards and travelers.
- Good attention to detail and eye/hand coordination skills.
- Ability to stand for 10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 #'s.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Desired Characteristics:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Some manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Stand for long periods and lift 25-45 lbs.
