Position Summary:
Exam proctors for the Beren and Wilf campuses.
Position Responsibilities:
* Pre-exam: Make sure students have no unauthorized materials, equipment etc. at their desks
* Exam distribution: Distribute exact number of exams and any supporting materials as required
* During exam: Monitor room for any student-to-student communication. Report any incidents of violations of integrity with supporting evidence to ODS administrators
* Exam collection: Supervise an orderly collection of all exam papers and sign-out sheets
Experience & Educational Background:
* High School Degree required
* College Degree (BA/BS) preferred
* Educational experience an asset
* Must be able to survey exam room and proctor exams in different locations
Skills & Competencies:
* Outstanding organizational and communication skills
* Good judgment
* Attention to detail
* Unquestioned integrity
Salary Range:
$20-$20 per hour
