Job Description:
Position Objective: Under the supervision of the Production Manager, perform production tasks as assigned. Coordinating and performing shipping and receiving functions following established standards. Will follow Rule 50, Dept. of Human Services Rule 115, Rule 116, Rule 119, Rule 120, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesMission, Vision, & Values

Manage all responsibilities based on the agency mission, using individual choice and al appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations. To conduct oneself in a manner that reflects the highest standards of professional courtesy and ethical practices to people served, staff, guardians, families, and all outside contacts.Program/Department Development and CoordinationAssemble, package, pick & pack, palletize, and shrink wrap CAT product.Allocate, count, verify and stage CAT product for shipment using wireless RF scanning equipment.Prepare CAT packing lists and bill of lading from CAT electronic data base.Drive fork lift and operate hand jacks.Load and unload trucks, maintaining secure and proper load balance to ensure safe transport of product.Perform final quality check for accurate CAT part numbers and counts before loading using wireless RF scanning equipment.Must be able to verbally communicate problems and functions with other employees.Monitoring CAT shipping materials, processing and storage of incoming shipments, and supply inventory.Must be organized, detail oriented and ability to prioritize well.Able to perform basic mathematical operations. Marginal Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned.As a mandated reporter ensures all allegations of abuse and neglect are reported as required.Education/Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Two years' experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse setting. Fork Lift Certification (or the ability to obtain Certification) required. Able to read and understand job sheets and logs that contain technical information. Experience with data entry scanning using an RF gun. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
