BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

The Catalog Marketing Manager oversees the strategy, design, and production of printed and digital catalogs and brochures. They collaborate with category and merchandising teams to curate product selections, manage vendor relationships, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. This role involves analyzing performance data to optimize future editions and align with overall marketing and company goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develops and manages the strategy and process for printed and digital catalogs and brochures.

* Collaborates with category and merchandising teams on selection and pricing of product assortment and page flow.

* Overseas the design and layout of the catalogs and brochures working closely with internal design teams and external agencies.

* Assists Marketing department in list selection and management, customer profiling and mailing quantities.

* Ensures deliverables are completed on time and within budget and provides timely, ongoing communication related to the status of projects and plans.

* Analyzes performance and sales data to optimize future editions.

* Ensures consistency between print and digital versions of brochures and catalogs, maintaining brand standards across all materials..

* Participate in marketing COE collaboration to ensure that our catalogs and brochures are integrated within other marketing programs to ensure seamless customer experiences.

* Research and monitor competitor activity, engage in industry conversation to identify best practices, and make recommendations to drive and maintain MSC leadership in the marketplace.

* Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC's mission.

* Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Need:

* Bachelor's degree required.

* Minimum of three years of product or catalog management experience required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Computer literacy and proficiency required.

Other Requirements:

* A valid driver's license may be required.

* Position requires travel on an as needed basis.

* This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information ( ITAR ) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information ( CUI )

Compensation starting at $72100 - $113300 depending on experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
