Position Overview

The Catcher Packer is responsible for packing cartons in our folding/gluing department, while ensuring all cartons meet our customer quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Packing cartons• Performing quality checks• Off-line packing• Setting up taper and labeler• Operating a ream cutter• Performing quality re-work• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Quality conscious individual• High attention to detail• Good communication skills• Basic computer skills• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, 30 pounds repetitively• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but no experience required
