We're looking for a Category Management Client Lead who expects more from their career. It's a chance to bring good Product & Solutions experience, coupled with retail customer data and insights knowledge to the client in order to bring incremental value-added features to the product, evolve our product suite and drive a strong product mindset and culture across the organization. Specifically, work closely with Product, Engineering and Science teams on a day to day basis to resolve challenges and ensure that we are proposing, building and delivering relevant and compelling products and solutions.

What we expect from you;

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions with the client and as part of a large team environment
  • Validating insight use cases and business requirements related to requested product enhancements
  • Manage the product backlog, including feature releases, for our industry-leading Customer Insights tool.
  • Contribute in release share-outs to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Product Manager in gathering feedback from consultants and end users
  • Provide technical guidance for users and excellent communication and follow-up with product support
  • Translate data into insight with clear, actionable recommendations for growth
