About the Role:

Job Title:

  • Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing events, gather business requirements, manage the bid process, and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and prepare associated contract documents, including MSA, SaaS, SOWs, and Change Orders.
  • Evaluate and review contract terms and conditions across multiple contract types for acceptance.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding with multiple departments such as security, IT, finance, and legal.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, and healthcare operations.
  • Healthcare payor experience is essential, with Medicare experience seen as a significant plus.
  • Strong experience in negotiating with vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and prepare contract documents, including MSA, SaaS, SOWs, and Change Orders.

Location:

  • Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75,000- $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
