Responsibilities

This position is responsible for developing, managing, and executing appropriate navigation, category management, user experience, product assortment, visual assets in partnership with merchandise teams.

  • Collaborate with category manager on website branding, messaging, features, and overall site conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a seamless user experience with intuitive site navigation and functionality.
  • Track site traffic, performance, and page views using metrics tools; create reports to drive business decisions.
  • Establish best practices for site navigation, taxonomy, and category nomenclature.
  • Analyze item placement within navigation for optimal performance and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the Creative team on visual asset management and category-level visual standards.
  • Partner with merchandise teams to identify business opportunities, manage online categories, and liquidate underperforming items.
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Marketing team to develop and optimize promotional campaigns and manage the promotional calendar.
  • Regularly review search result metrics and competitor sites to improve site conversion and user experience.
  • Publish and maintain landing page content, ensuring images and links are accurate and timely.
  • Coordinate with the Photography and Creative Services teams to ensure correct product images and videos are uploaded.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with web analytics tools (Omniture, HTML, and Social Media)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as team member
