Assist with VIP table service, including set up of table with place settings, serve ware, glasses, napkins etc. General cleaning and stocking as assigned. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements.Essential Functions :Prepare and assemble internal and external customer catering orders to standard recipes and special instruction per the customer. (50%)Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. Completes all cleaning duties per the master cleaning schedule or as assigned.(30%)Deliver, set up, and serve all caterings as appropriate by the requested time.
