DescriptionCatering Coordinator is responsible for managing and building catering sales. The person in this position must be organized and detail oriented. They will be responsible for getting catering sales, organizing and managing deliveries and preparation of catering orders. The hours will vary depending on the times and dates of events. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and possible overtime. The person must build a repour with the businesses in the community and will involve local marketing to increase the sales on a weekly basis. They will be responsible for communicating with the General manager regarding sales, scheduling and coordination from store employees to achieve the goals. Must be willing to travel to other locations to help with catering as well as here in Hobbs.
