Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by overseeing the entire B2B catering and gifting fulfillment operations process from order placement to delivery, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing logistics, supervising staff, and maintaining strict adherence to company standards and client specifications. Duties will include heavy focus on client retention and may include new client acquisition. This is an on-site position in Framingham, and relocation assistance is not available.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong organizational and planning skills, strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role, ideally with catering or business gifting, or a related industry. Solid experience with all Microsoft products, especially Excel.
WHAT ELSE TO KNOW?
This position may require around 50% travel within an assigned market based on the needs of the business, so this position does require a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
