**Catering Production Sous Chef**
Westbrook, ME Operations As a **Catering Production Sous Chef**, you will be responsible for the production and output of our catering offerings at our World Campus location. You will be accountable for and proud of IDEXX Caterings exceptionally high standard regarding culinary quality, food safety, and overall aesthetic. It is our expectation you can easily adapt to IDEXXs recipe catalog and can readily replicate the standards outlined by the Catering Supervisor.
The ideal candidate is motivated, passionate about food, has previous culinary banquet or catering experience and has working knowledge of food preparation methods.
