- The Catering Supervisor oversees and organizes all catering events
- The Catering Supervisor serves as main point of contact for all clients and employees during events
- The Catering Supervisor works with managers and employees to ensure smooth processes
- The Catering Supervisor maintains and creates organized catering schedule
- The Catering Supervisor posts daily and weekly catering forms on catering clipboards
- The Catering Supervisor maintains inventory levels of linen, uniforms, china, and silverware
- The Catering Supervisor assures all work areas are sanitized
- The Catering Supervisor will perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a position of supervisory or leadership position
- Minimum of 3 years in food service industry.
- Must possess an outgoing and personable personality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast past environment
- Strong verbal communication skills is a must
- Has ability to work with flexibility and think on their feet.
- Has ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Vaccinated against COVID19
- Have weekend availability
