Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general supervision of the Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator and/or Manager, the RN staff nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures of Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. In collaboration with the patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates treatment plans.

Position Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Licensed to Practice in South Carolina
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider or Instructor through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider or Instructor through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, CCRN preferred
• Experience: 1 year critical care nursing or previous cath experience
