Location: McGuire AFB, NJPosition: Part-time (24 hours per week)Duties:
- Provide and direct a youth program.
- Assess needs for the Catholic youth program with the Catholic Chaplain.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer staff.
- Organize and lead various youth activities, retreats, mission trips, social events, and worship services.
- Participate in Catholic community activities, including weekend worship services.
- Maintain records, develop an annual calendar, and manage program budgets.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in youth ministry or a related field.
- Proof of education, including two years of college with relevant training or experience in Youth Ministry, Biblical Studies, or Education.
- Basic and Advanced Catechist Certification.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for youth ministry with supporting references.
