- Minimum of two years' experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video production
- Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to perform advanced remote production functions involving lighting, directing and audio recording
- Knowledge of TV production in remote locations
- Basic editing skills using Adobe Premiere
- Ability to follow direction, work as an effective production team member and/or independently, to include performing as a One Man Band on field assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to make timely decisions
- Ability to give directions clearly, as well as take directions
- Ability to travel extensively and work nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs
