We are looking for 2 full-time CCBHC Clinical Therapist to join our team at our Gallup offices. We offer a competitive salary range from $58,240 - $68,640 (BOE) and the Benefits shown below. Summary: Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Clinical Therapist provides counseling and therapy services to client with substance use disorder (SUD) and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.The Clinical Therapist conducts individual and group therapy under the structured framework of state and federal law, the counseling and/or social work code of ethics, SFRC/FCDRC policies and procedures.The Clinical Therapist is responsible for creating and maintaining a trauma informed, client centered, therapeutic and safe environment for clients and staff. The Clinical Therapist is expected to work with SFRC/FCDRC leadership and staff to develop, promote, and maintain cultural proficiency throughout the organization.Duties and Responsibilities of the CCBHC Clinical Therapist: (Included but not limited to)You'll report to the Clinical Supervisor and:
  • Provide clinical services to Individuals including children and youth, couples, and families
  • Participate in Group and Individual Supervision as scheduled and needed
  • Work with Supervisor on Supervision Plan
  • Attend all mandatory/required trainings
  • Use Evidence Based Practice modalities according to fidelity, and work with Supervisor on learning and professional development related to Evidence Based Practices
  • Ensure personal professional records and documents are in good order and standing
  • Work with Supervisor to ensure program productivity standards are met
  • Get training in and utilize the electronic health record and other organizational record keeping systems
  • Ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with required time frames
  • Ensure all CARF, Federal, State, and organizational standards of care are being met and exceeded
  • Work with Supervisor to evaluate clinical programing and treatment outcomes, assist in research, trials, new clinical intervention roll outs, and administrative changes
  • Utilize and adhere to a holistic, trauma informed, and client centered treatment philosophy to support recovery-based health
  • Respond to client emergencies following policies and procedures and in accordance with training provided
  • Assist in coordination and collaboration with referral sources and other agencies
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with State and Federal las, the counseling and social work code of ethics, and organizational policy and procedure
  • Attend all mandatory Staff Meetings and Trainings
  • Perform other duties as required by your Supervisor
RequirementsSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:
  • Must be computer literate in order to effectively maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements for use of computerized client assessment, data systems, etc.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other organizational record-keeping systems
  • Education and Experience:
  • Current New Mexico Board licensure as LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMFT
  • Experience working with clients with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders, providing individual and group psychotherapy
  • Maintain current, valid NM Driver's License. Must also have and maintain a clean driving record and auto insurance
  • Bi-Lingual/Bi-Cultural preferred
