Flatbed Truck Driver Responsibilities: 1 year of CDL A experience , or 6 Months Flatbed with 1 year of CDL experience accepted. Applicable MILITARY experience accepted in place of 1 years requirement Two or fewer moving violations and one preventable accidents in the past 3 years Minimum 22 years of age Must have or be willing to obtain tanker endorsement within 30 days of employment (company reimbursed) Flatbed Truck Driver Benefits: Gross annual Drivers Average between $80,000 - $100,000 Avg Weekly Gross of $1,540 - $1,925 All positions pay $170 daily rate PLUS mileage for ALL miles (loaded and empty) Guaranteed orientation pay of $1,400/week for 1st month Home weekly AND weekends $5,000 Sign-On Bonus/Retention Bonus Weekly Pay Ozark Logistics is an Ingevity Company $1,000 Driver referral bonus program Safety Bonus starting at $5,500 per year with added longevity increases (paid in quarterly increments) 2020-2022 trucks Assigned tractors (no slip-seating) 1-day orientation Free uniforms Benefits: Family Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Aflac 401k with 100% company match up to 6% of earnings, as well as a 3% automatic company contribution Private Fleet We love Veterans
