What We Expect from You:
- Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience (OTR, regional, or local).
- Team Compatibility: Both drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
- Clean Driving Record:
- No failed or refused DOT drug tests (SAP completions are not accepted).
- Accidents: No more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents in 3 years, excluding major incidents like rear-end preventables or rollovers.
- Traffic Violations: No commercial vehicle violations; up to 1 personal vehicle violation in the past 3 years is acceptable.
- Background: No felonies in the last 7 years or misdemeanors in the past 3 years (no exceptions for sexual crimes).
- Employment History: No recent terminations from your last job,and no more than six (6) driving jobs in the past three (3) years
