CDL- A Team Company Truck Driver

Schedule: Home WeeklyPay: $1,600 - $2,000 a weekType: Team Driver - Ready Made Team Not Necessary. We will pair you if needed.

Driver Pay Scale:

• Up to .35 CPM – based on experience or

• Up to .70 CPM/split – based on experience

Auto increases

Plus an extra $200 for Washington Runs.

Monthly Bonus: Up To An Additional $0.05 per mile:

Every driver that runs 20,000 or more miles during a calendar month, will be paid an extra 2 cents for all miles that month. Every driver that meets the Safety bonus criteria during a calendar month will be paid an extra 2 cents for all miles that month. AND… If you earn both the Performance the Safety bonus during the same calendar month, you will be paid an Additional cent for all miles that month!

Example:

• Monthly Performance/Safety Bonuses:

• Performance bonus: Minimum 20,000 Miles x .02 = $400.00

• Safety bonus: Using 20,000 Miles x .02 = $400.00

• Additional bonus: Using 20,000 Miles x .01 = $200.00

• $1,000.00 Per Month

Carolina Southern is a 50-truck fleet based in High Point, NC, and is an LJ Rogers Company. We are family-owned and safety-conscious. Bring your own team or we can place individuals. We are looking for drivers who want Nice Equipment and are Willing to Run A Lot of Miles. We also have a training program for recent Driving School Grads.

Job Requirements:

• CDL Class A Drivers License

• Minimum 1-year experience

• Acceptable MVR and Background

• Able to pass Standard DOT Physical and Screenings
