Are you an experienced CDL A driver looking for a role that keeps you on the road while ensuring regular time at home? We offer positions that provide a 48-hour reset every other weekend, letting you recharge with your family. Our drivers typically average 2,200 miles per week, but you have the flexibility to take on more miles based on your goals and availability.In this position, you'll work a 12-day schedule with 2 days off, every other weekend. You'll have the chance to travel across all 48 states, without mandatory routes through NYC or its boroughs. We also offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of drop-and-hook, so you can focus on driving and not the heavy lifting. If your DOT medical card has expired, don't worry-we're here to help you get it renewed. Hauls typically range between 700 to 750 miles, striking a perfect balance between driving time and rest.In terms of pay, you can expect to earn between $1,200 to $1,500 per week, depending on how much you want to work. Our operations are based in Charleston, West Virginia zip code, 25301, giving you a solid home base.We provide top-tier equipment to ensure your comfort on the road. You'll drive 2021 or newer Freightliners or Kenworth trucks, all with automatic transmissions and equipped with APUs, 1500-watt inverters, refrigerators, and mounts for your TV and microwave. During your home time, you have the option to take your truck home or park it at one of our terminals, depending on your needs.Orientation is fully covered by us, including travel, meals, and hotel accommodations. Once you've completed orientation, we'll move quickly to get you on the road, with applications processed in about 3 business days.At CK Transportation, we believe in taking care of our drivers.
