Guaranteed $100,000 Driving Position!Come Instruct For Bison! As a Dedicated In-Cab Instructor, your mission is to provide on-the-job training to new drivers with less than six months of Class A experience. You'll also help experienced drivers sharpen their skills and support those on development plans. You?ll be a key player in our effort to promote safety, professionalism, and excellence across the board. Responsibilities:Provide hands-on training in essential driving skills like safe backing, defensive driving, and load securement.Teach drivers to use in-cab technology, follow HOS compliance, and practice safe fueling.Instill a culture of safety, professionalism, and respect for company policies and procedures.Mentor drivers in customer service excellence, trip planning, and operating in inclement weather.Evaluate and document students? progress weekly, offering constructive feedback and coaching.
