Compensation
- Paid $24.25 per hour with 40+ hours weekly
- Overtime pay after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly
- Bonuses:
- Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 each quarter
- End of Year Safety Bonus
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125 for any inspection level
- Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days
- Additional Pay:Seniority pay increase
- Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Time: Home daily!
- Schedule: Primarily day shift with occasional night work
- Route: Local construction site work
- Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight
Equipment
- Late model tri-axle trucks
- Automatic & manual transmission
- Dual facing camera for safety purposes
- Automatically activated when on drive line
Qualifications
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- Must have CDL B or A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Some tri-axle experience required, paving experience a plus
- Must have a steady work history averaging 1 year or more at jobs in the last 3years
- No prior positive drug/alcohol test resultsor refusal to test results
- No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years
- No major accidents or violations within last 3 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Lenhartsville, PA
