This large, experienced workforce enables Blythe Development to self-perform 80% of site groundwork, which gives them greater control than competitors who must subcontract the bulk of the job.General DescriptionThe CDL B with Tanker Endorsement operates a tanker truck, which may be a tack truck or a water truck depending on experience.Key Duties- Knowledge of all USDOT and FMCSA regulations- Perform daily safety checks of fluid levels for leaks and damage to equipment prior to operation, notifying foreman of any concerns- Understand and execute paving procedures while following instructions to meet the standards of the project- Understand and execute different emulsions and/or liquid AC- Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changesRequirements- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs- Valid Class A or B CDL and driving record within MVR policy guidelines- Valid tanker endorsement on CDL- Current Medical Examiners Certificate (FMCSR part 391.41)- Preferred: tack truck experienceBenefits- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Paid Time Off- 401k + matching- Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, supplemental insurance programsEEO EmployerDrug-Free Workplace
