As a team member you can also enjoy the following pay and benefits:Hourly rate $25.00-27.00/per hourPotential to earn $80-$100k per year (Mileage Rate, Layover Pay, Unloading Pay)40 hours minimum weekly payExcellent Health BenefitsSign on bonus of $1,000paidafter 60 daysDriver referral bonus of $1,000Annual merit increasePaid vacation / sick time / personal time10 paid company holidaysMedical and dental benefits401(k) plan with company match24 / 7 roadside assistanceEarly morning dispatchNo out-of-pocket per diemMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum qualifications include, but are not limited to 1 - 2years experience driving a commercial tractor/trailer vehicle OTR.Possess a valid IL Class A Commercial driver's license.Must possess a clean driving record with good MVRMaintain E-logs and other paperwork Perform pre-trip/post-trip checks of truck and trailer according to DOT regulations.Must have a strong work ethic and embrace the job as a PROFESSIONAL DRIVERMust be able to lift +50lbs (some unloading assist may be required).Some overnights requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSWORK EXPERIENCE: One two (1 2) years experience driving a commercial tractor/trailer vehicle OTR and have doubles endorsements.ACADEMIC/TRAINING: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and certification from an accredited Truck Driving School.SKILLS: Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and well organized. Must possess a clean driving record (no more than 2 points), possess ability to fill out Drivers Log Book and be available for night and day shifts.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to drive, see, hear, move, stand, walk, sit, reach, crawl, crouch and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment includes all weather conditions, and the majority of the environment is in a tractor trailer truck, van, or any other commercial type vehicle, with a strong smell of tires.The Physical Demands and Work Environment described herein represent the environment and physical demands that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
